Firstplan secured planning permission from the London Borough of Hackney for this boutique, nine-unit development by Seedoe London Ltd and the Kimen Group.

The proposals will replace the existing single house with nine new apartments, including four family-sized homes. It will result in a significant uplift in the residential potential of this site and a wide range of other benefits, including communal gardens and playspace, on-site renewables and a substantial 320% increase in on-site biodiversity, together with affordable housing contributions.

Firstplan took the project through two rounds of pre-application discussions and obtained planning permission in late 2024. In addition to the handling of the application, Firstplan prepared the necessary Planning and Heritage Statements, and coordinated the consultant team.
