Firstplan secured planning permission from the London Borough of Merton for this high-quality mixed-use development by Seedoe London Ltd and the Kimen Group.

This project will deliver nine new homes and an attractive commercial unit on the ground floor. The nine apartments will provide an excellent standard of accommodation with front and rear terraces, a communal garden, and a residents’ communal space. The commercial unit benefits from an open Class E use and presents a huge improvement on the current retail space at the site.

Firstplan took the project through pre-application discussions and coordinated the consultant team feeding into the planning application. Firstplan also prepared the necessary Planning and Heritage Statements.

The planning application took five months from submission to decision, including the drafting and execution of a S106 agreement.
