Market Place

Firstplan provide ongoing planning advice to Market Place, an innovative food hall operator, to support their rollout of sites nationwide.

Our work with Market Place has included the development and delivery of proactive planning strategies in order to help facilitate the company’s expansion programme. In order to do this, our role has included the following:

• Undertaking initial feasibility studies for sites
• Discussions with local authorities, to include through the pre-application process where required
• Preparing and submitting planning applications for works where required, to include for changes of use, external alterations (including plant necessary for the site’s operation) and advertising
• Preparing applications for listed building consent
