Church Road
Firstplan successfully secured planning permission for the development of six new residential properties on a vacant backland site near Hanwell Station in the London Borough of Ealing. The approved scheme comprises a part one, part two and part three residential terrace that has been designed to address several key constraints—including the site’s proximity to a conservation area, major rail infrastructure, existing residential amenity, and limited highway access.
Firstplan played a central role throughout the project, leading the early concept development, managing pre-application discussions with Ealing Council officers, coordinating a multidisciplinary consultant team, and overseeing the planning application through to a successful outcome.
