Firstplan has supported the rapid expansion of Popeyes in recent years, as it has entered the UK market.
Firstplan has dealt with planning-related matters at many sites, including negotiating consent for change of use, installation of plant and extract equipment, external seating, signage and shopfront alterations, together with the addition of drive-thru lanes to existing restaurants.
Within the last three years, we have been involved in helping to deliver 30 new sites in a variety of town centre, retail park and roadside locations in England, Scotland and Wales.
